Mavis Tires & Brakes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Service! I came into Mavis Tires in Sandy Springs expecting to spend well over $1,000 getting my brakes done, and I honestly could not have had a better experience! Danielle was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and genuinely took the time to explain what I actually needed without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t. She also went above and beyond to make sure I received every discount available, and because of her, I ended up saving hundreds of dollars! It’s refreshing to encounter someone who truly cares about helping the customer and making sure they feel confident about the service they’re paying for. And as a woman, it was especially great to see another woman in this role who clearly knows her stuff and takes such pride in what she does! Danielle is a HUGE asset to Mavis Tires. As long as she’s there, they will continue to get my business! If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle, ask for Danielle. You won’t regret it!

I had a really good experience at the tire shop thanks to John, Danelle, and Jordan. They all helped take care of me and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about their customers and doing things the right way. I really appreciate how helpful they were. I’d definitely go back and recommend them to anyone needing tire service.

I had an outstanding experience at this tire shop! Matt, the manager, and Jordan, my technician, provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Jordan took the time to thoroughly explain my service, educate me about my vehicle, answer all of my questions, and even share helpful maintenance tips to keep my car running smoothly. Matt ensured everything was handled professionally and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. Their honesty, knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like they do, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and exceptional customer care. Thank you, Matt and Jordan!

Wow, no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews! This location has the best staff, they are so very quick and definitely affordable! They won't try to rip you off like other stores. in fact sometimes they go the extra mile for you in one way or another. I have been here two times so far and had great experiences both times!

Had a shard of glass in my tire that needed to get checked out. After booking an appointment online they were able to remove the shard without puncturing the tire, and made sure the others were good to go too. Jordan and Josh were SO nice, got me in and out quickly, and didn’t even charge me for the labor. Highly recommend this store and staff. Thanks y’all.
